About The Position

The Concession Stand Attendant assists in the preparation and staging of all food & beverage items within the assigned location. Ensures quality of food presentation. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transactions at self-checkout areas. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 - $16.00 and is tip eligible.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
Previous experience working with point-of-sale systems or computers.
Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid food handling certificate and TABC certificate prior to working at Moody Center.

Responsibilities

Assists in ensuring all food & beverage products are fully stocked in designated locations.
Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to management.
Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage.
Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
Check guests' IDs in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
