Position Overview: As a Concessions Counter Attendant- Worker, you will directly interact with our valued customers, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable. This role is essential in food service environments, where your responsibilities will include processing transactions, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate payment processing.
• Understanding of menu items and services to effectively assist customers.
• Proficiency with POS systems and relevant software.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and maintain efficiency under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
• Answer questions and provide information about menu items and services.
• Assist customers in selecting items and placing orders.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to efficiently process sales, returns, or exchanges.
• Handle credit cards, and other payment methods accurately.
• Provide correct change and receipts while ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Keep the counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Restock shelves and food/beverage stations as needed to ensure availability.
• Maintain a sanitary and safe environment, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with event preparation, setup, and cleanup as required.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
