About The Position

We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Concession Attendants. In this role, you’ll be the face of our food and beverage service—delivering great guest experiences with a smile and ensuring smooth, efficient operations within concessions.

Requirements

• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve snacks, meals, and beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels during events
• Always follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events
• Assist with all other needed duties as assigned
