About The Position

Peraton is hiring a COMSEC Manager at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This role involves analyzing, mapping, protecting, or discovering vulnerabilities, intrusions, and threats in various computer network systems. The COMSEC Manager will conduct computer and/or network security, target development, and possess a comprehensive understanding of computer/network security, including firewall administration, encryption technologies, and network protocols. This position requires reporting events or incidents that occur to mitigate immediate and potential network and host threats.

Requirements

6 years of experience
Must have lead COMSEC program management experience.
Current TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance

Responsibilities

Analyzes, maps, protects, or discovers vulnerabilities, intrusions, and threats in various computer network systems.
Conducts computer and/or network security, target development.
Understands all aspects of computer/network security to include firewall administration, encryption technologies, and network protocols.
Reports events or incidents that occur to mitigate immediate and potential network and host threats.
Manages Communications Security (COMSEC) program to include: maintaining all requirement documentation (Emergency Action Plans, Appointment Orders, Local Element Responsibility Briefings, Risk Assessments, and Security In-Depth documentation), equipment inventory/accountability, safe maintenance, managing Key Material (KEYMAT) request, and configuring/managing Inline Network Encryptors (INE).
