About The Position

KLA is seeking applications for an Computer Vision/Machine Learning intern in the Ebeam division to research and prototype cutting-edge image processing and machine learning algorithms for their next-generation products. This role involves pioneering the use of Deep Learning algorithms for defect detection and classification, and actively exploring Generative/Diffusion models for SEM image simulation and image quality enhancement.

Requirements

• Students working towards a Master's or PhD Level Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Working experience in one of the following: Image Processing, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning.
• Working knowledge in one of the following SW: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Python, MATLAB.

Responsibilities
