Molg is building robotic systems to make electronics manufacturing circular. They work with hyperscalers and leading electronics manufacturers to automate the design, manufacturing, disassembly, repair, reuse, and recovery of hardware. Using robotics, computational design, and AI, their systems aim to transform e-waste into resilient, data-driven supply chains and revolutionize electronics manufacturing. In this role, you will join a cross-functional team of robotics, software, and mechanical engineers to build the computer vision and perception systems that power Molg’s robotic microfactories. You will drive the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced 2D and 3D computer vision systems, own the full vision stack from sensor selection to integration with robotic motion planning, and evaluate/adapt state-of-the-art vision approaches. You will also define and maintain best practices for vision pipelines in industrial environments, collaborate with other engineering disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in perception systems.
