About The Position

ASI is seeking customer-focused Computer User Support Specialists to provide enterprise desktop and technical support.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of desktop support experience
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification
  • At least one current industry IT certification
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Army or DoD IT experience
  • Microsoft 365
  • ServiceNow
  • Active Directory administration
  • Remote support experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver desktop and technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Install and configure workstations and peripherals
  • Support user accounts and Active Directory
  • Resolve service requests and document solutions
  • Maintain workstation inventories
  • Support Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technologies
