About The Position
The Computer Systems Analyst provides technical assistance and coordination to information systems end users including testing applications, writing documentation, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving hardware and application problems.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows OS, printers, basic network configuration and hardware/software support.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Diplomacy, tact, organizational skills, office skills and confidentiality are a must.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and/or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may apply.
- Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining and managing client server technology in Windows environment.
