Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States, this is a full-time position vital to the smooth operation and technological advancement of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring our systems effectively support our commitment to quality craftsmanship and tailored client solutions across corporate and bespoke manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
- A strong understanding of computer systems, networks, security principles, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within a manufacturing or design-led environment would be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and evaluate current IT systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and security.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to our team for all hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage network security, data backups, and disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with different departments, including design and production, to understand their specific technological needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Oversee IT projects from the initial planning stages through to successful implementation and review.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to support company growth.
