About The Position

Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Sector is seeking a Computer Systems Analysis Manager 2 in the Edwards AFB area to ensure the security, reliability, and availability of systems/platforms in support of national defense. This Information Technology/Systems Management role involves leading teams of PC Desktop Technicians, System Administrators, and Network Engineers across multiple enterprises, programs, and efforts. The candidate should possess a broad skill set encompassing interpersonal, business, and technical capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams. A commitment to ethics, integrity, and innovation is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills for successful engagement with internal and external customers.

Requirements

Associate degree and 7 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of management experience; 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree.
Active DOD Secret clearance.
Must have the ability to maintain, access to Special Access Programs as a condition of continued employment.
IAM Level I certification (ex: Security+ CE) or greater.
Experience with Microsoft Server/software.
Experience with virtualization.

Experience operating under and managing systems within NISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments

Overseeing and managing the quality and timeliness of the organization’s deliverables and identifying and remediating potential issues before they become problems.
Creating work assignments for local team.
