Requirements

• Working understanding of Python programming language
• Experience with Github
• Proficient in designing, building, and documenting RESTful APIs
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity / unfinished scaffolding
• Must have strong written and verbal communication, and able to explain technical concepts to team-members of varying technical proficiencies

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Claude Code and Cowork
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Sheets and NotebookLM prerred), or Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Cloud deployment (Render or equivalent)
• Experience with generative AI media creation platforms (ElevenLabs preferred)
• Experience with Web Scraping software (BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Selenium or similar)
• Experience automating and streamlining finance / accounting workflows

Responsibilities

• Automate and write software across our single-family, multifamily, commercial, and development real estate and property management divisions.
• Architect from scratch and jump in on various projects depending on business needs.
