About The Position

This role receives, records and processes customer data in a timely, securely and faultless manner, reporting any exceptions to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring its availability to the Service Center Production.

Responsibilities

Obtains the data from file transfer systems and processes it
Generates and sends return files and reports as needed to customers within service-level agreements
Distributes production paperwork and associated reports to correct areas and other departments within scheduled time frames
Identifies and assists with fixing issues, such as giving assistance to the shop floor as well as software and IT personnel
Reports issues or exceptions, including non-receipt of customer data
Executes change requests for new or updated EMV Card checking scripts (Barnes/Collis/EVA Scripts)
Supports Local Technical Support with data processing for testing new projects, products or services
Supports scheme or customer audits
Supports and troubleshoots production issues
Processes and categorizes new production faults
Retrieves information to be able to pass to Customer Services to transfer to customers
