Requirements
- Minimum Requirements Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a top-level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
- Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests.
- Defines operations for terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print reports, distributes modern technology, and responds to customer queries.
- Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management.
- Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues.
- Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
