About The Position

CACI is seeking a Computer Network Architect in support of a program whose initiative is aimed at combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting related exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. Additionally, we are focusing on integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field
3+ years of experience or 8+ years relevant of experience in lieu of degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

Design and implement network architectures that meet the organization's needs.
Create detailed network diagrams and documentation.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for network infrastructure.
Conduct network assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, protocols, and standards.
Implement and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Design and implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents using security solutions.
Monitor network performance and identify bottlenecks or issues.
Implement solutions to optimize network performance and ensure reliable connectivity.
Work with IT staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure network solutions align with business goals.
Provide guidance and support to other IT professionals on network-related issues.
Keep detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.
Update network diagrams and documentation as the network evolves.
Design networks that can scale to accommodate future growth and changing business needs.
Implement strategies for network expansion and modernization.
Perform testing and validation of network configurations and changes.
Ensure that network solutions meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in network architecture.
Continuously improve skills and knowledge in network design and implementation.
