Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Previous manufacturing experience
Microsoft Office Suite familiarity
Organized, detail-focused, reliable, and collaborative
Technical competencies: Die attach/bonding processes, Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; general equipment diagnostics, CNC tooling, programming, and troubleshooting, Production run setups and manual machining, Tool/die/mold setup and repair

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment; manage materials to keep production flowing
Perform line clearance, assemblies, changeovers, optical tool inspections, and mechanical/negative checks
Inspect parts using gauges and fixtures; apply statistical methods to oversee quality
Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
Adhere to SOPs and Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices; complete required training and documentation
Meet role requirements and support continuous and regulatory improvement initiatives
