The Part-Time CBTF Manager will support the transition of the Computer-Based Testing Facility (CBTF) from a Spring 2026 pilot to a more stable, clearly documented, and operationally consistent service for Fall 2026. Consistent with Arts & Sciences (A&S), Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE), and Provost staffing norms for pilot-to-implementation phases, this role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and risk mitigation rather than program expansion. The primary focus is synthesis and implementation: translating lessons learned and data from the Spring 2026 pilot into clear policies, procedures, training materials, and operational workflows that support faculty, students, and proctors during Fall 2026. This part-time appointment is designed with a clear endpoint and transition focus. By the conclusion of Fall 2026, the CBTF Manager will have finalized a stable set of CBTF policies and standard operating procedures informed by pilot and Fall operations, delivered and refined training and orientation materials for proctors, faculty, and students, and supported consistent scheduling and staffing workflows for Fall 2026 exams. Completion of these deliverables will enable leadership to assess CBTF sustainability, staffing needs, and long-term governance using documented evidence rather than pilot assumptions.
