Overseeing data collection, advanced analytics, and reporting to measure and communicate the impact of digital and strategic initiatives, and championing innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices across the organization are crucial. The role provides strategic support to worldwide Finance and business teams, ensuring the timely completion of high-impact tasks and projects. It also involves assessing and enhancing the organization’s technology landscape, recommending and implementing improvements, including cloud migration, automation, and system upgrades. Developing, interpreting, and communicating organizational goals, policies, and procedures to align teams and drive strategic objectives, and staying at the forefront of advances in technology by evaluating and piloting new tools to maintain a competitive advantage are also part of the responsibilities. The role directs daily operations of the department, optimizing workflow, setting priorities, developing standards, and ensuring timely delivery against deadlines. It facilitates collaboration with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve complex challenges. Reviewing and overseeing project plans, ensuring effective coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, and leading, assigning, and reviewing the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other technology professionals, fostering high performance and accountability are key duties. The role also coordinates post-acquisition M&A integration for the organization, ensuring smooth consolidation of financial systems, processes, and reporting across acquired entities. Driving Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption initiatives within the organization, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization through AI technologies, is also a responsibility. May telecommute. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
