About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Computed Tomography (CT)- Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Keene, NH. This position requires the technologist to be proficient in both CT and X-Ray, capable of performing all routine diagnostic procedures for all age groups. The role involves positioning patients, operating radiographic equipment, processing films, and practicing radiation protection techniques. The assignment is for night shifts, working Saturday through Tuesday, with specific weekend and holiday rotation requirements. Local travelers (residing within 50 miles) will not be considered. The technologist must be able to work independently and adapt to stressful situations.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years current CT Tech experience in a hospital setting
Capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures.
2+ years current X-Ray Tech experience in hospital setting
Proficient/highly experienced with Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portables, & OR c-arm
Experience with ALL ages groups
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
Active American Registration of Radiologic Technologists ARRT certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to prioritize and organize daily work flow.

Responsibilities

Positions patient on examining table and adjusts immobilization devices as needed to obtain optimum views of specified area of body requested by Physician.
Moves radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment into specified position and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance.
Operates film processing equipment.
Operates mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in operating room emergency room or at patient's bedside.
Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff.
