About The Position

ExxonMobil is seeking Compressor Mechanics in the Bakken area, including Williston, Tioga, and Alexander. The role maintains safe operations and performs mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on compression packages and other field equipment. Responsibilities also include engine and compression oil analysis, accurate recordkeeping, and coordinating mechanical maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check.
• Ability to work outside and alone.
• Availability for overtime and callouts during scheduled workdays.
• At least 2 years of applicable work experience and/or secondary schooling, including a certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
• Complete the required pre-employment assessment by the stated deadline.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations are maintained in a safe manner.
• Perform engine and compression oil analysis.
• Keep detailed and accurate records.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot compression packages.
• Maintain pumps, motors, engines, turbines, generators, and other rotating and fixed field equipment.
• Coordinate and perform mechanical maintenance and repairs.
