About The Position
Responsible for daily inspection and checks on all building air compressors. Monitoring units as well as preventative maintenance on any problems found. The technician may also assist the HVAC or maintenance team members on special projects when necessary. All applicants will be required to take a Maintenance Aptitude test that will check basic maintenance knowledge of the Specific Duties listed below.

Responsibilities
- Record maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment readings.
- Perform preventative cleaning of compressor coils in a dusty environment to prevent overheating.
- Conduct routine maintenance including checking oil, oil filters, air filters, and separator elements.
- Monitor gauges, valves, pressure levels, and temperatures to detect leaks or malfunctions.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in motors, drives, controls, and pneumatic lines.
- Repair or replace worn components such as valves, control components, and hoses.
- Follow strict safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
