We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic, patient-focused Full-Time Compression Specialist working hybrid at our Hamilton, Burlington, and/or Oakville location.

Requirements

Background in medical field, sales, or a combination of both is preferred.
Previous experience with compression therapy or medical equipment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Team player with a positive attitude.
High level of compassion, patience, and professionalism.
Basic computer skills for patient record management.
Desire to make a positive difference in patients’ lives.
English (required)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with compression therapy or medical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assess patients’ needs for compression therapy in collaboration with the medical team.
Measure and fit patients for appropriate compression garments, ensuring comfort and effectiveness.
Educate patients on the use and care of compression products.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of compression therapy products and advancements.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory.
Work closely with the medical team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Provide outstanding customer service with a compassionate and understanding approach.
Support the office’s goals and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
