Responsibilities

Perform weekly performance checks, monitoring oil levels, temperatures, vibration readings, and inspecting for leaks on mechanical seals.
Keep the equipment and sites clean, organized, and running at peak performance.
Manage maintenance scheduling and tracking.
Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Lead contractors on-site when needed.
Perform all work with a top level of accuracy and attention to detail around safety.
Comply with all company, state, and federal regulations to stay within legal compliance.
Maintain and troubleshoot rotating equipment including water pumps, chemical pumps, electric motors, air compressors, generators, and gas compressors.
Perform weekly inspections of pump operations, including monitoring oil levels, temperature, vibration readings, and checking for mechanical seal leaks.
Ensure equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
Keep maintenance schedules and tracking systems up to date to support efficient operations.
Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and supplies required for scheduled maintenance tasks.
Lead and coordinate contractors during maintenance and repair activities as needed.
Adhere strictly to all company, state, and federal safety regulations and procedures.
