As a Comprehensive Account Executive for Trane, a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions, you will be the primary driver for financially and sustainability-driven solution-sales opportunities. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business, developing strategic customer relationships with Regional and Multi-Site Healthcare customers seeking value and outcome-based solutions. You will be responsible for consistently achieving quota targets and building, maintaining, and growing a multi-million-dollar pipeline. The position requires providing knowledge and consultation on financial drivers, legislation, and requirements for energy and outcome-based sales, and collaborating with a cross-functional internal team of Project Development, Energy Engineering, and Project Management resources.
