About The Position

This is not a traditional sales role. We are hiring a Founding AI Solutions Account Executive who can drive revenue, own customer outcomes, and help shape how AI is deployed in real-world customer operations. You will be responsible for selling AI Voice, AI Chat, and Live Agent support solutions, while also staying close to the customer to ensure success, adoption, and long-term value. This role is ideal for someone who: Has a “get it done” mentality Is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment Can sell, problem-solve, and execute Wants to be part of building something—not just maintaining it

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in: SaaS sales, Telecom, CCaaS, or BPO environments
  • Proven ability to: Build and manage a sales pipeline Close deals Hit or exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of: Subscription-based business models Customer experience or contact center operations Data and technical solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn and sell technical solutions (AI, automation, CX tools)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling: AI solutions, automation tools, SaaS, enterprise software, or call center technology
  • Familiarity with: Zendesk, Freshdesk, CRMs, or omni-channel customer support platforms
  • Exposure to: SMB to Mid Market or growth stage customers
  • Experience in startup, scale-up, or early growth environments with lean corporate structures

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close
  • Sell Retention Express solutions including: AI Voice Agents (inbound & outbound) AI Chat / automation Live agent support (BPO) Reputation Management
  • Identify customer pain points and position solutions tied to ROI, cost savings, and revenue impact
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within our niche and across verticals.
  • Translate real-world operational challenges into AI + human solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored customer playbooks
  • Clearly communicate technical and operational value to both business and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay engaged post-sale to ensure: Successful onboarding Adoption of AI solutions Growth in usage (calls, automation, campaigns) QA conversations to ensure the brand tone and messaging is relayed precisely
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on improving customer experience and retention
  • Contribute to refining messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve product, positioning, and onboarding
  • Help build scalable sales playbooks as we grow
