We’re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dynamic Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to join our growing studio. Requirements

Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard required)
Successful completion of a Comprehensive Test-Out (or in progress with strong experience)
CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Experience teaching group apparatus classes (6+ clients preferred)
Strong understanding of anatomy and safe movement practices
Ability to modify exercises for a wide range of clients
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
Must be available to teach a minimum of 8 hours per week
This role requires the ability to demonstrate exercises, move equipment, and be on your feet for extended periods. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and working in an active studio environment.

Responsibilities

Lead group Reformer classes, intro sessions, and private/semi-private training
Create a safe, effective, and motivating class environment for all fitness levels
Provide hands-on corrections and modifications as needed
Utilize a variety of equipment including Reformer, Chair, Springboard, TRX, and more
Arrive prepared and ready to teach, maintaining professionalism at all times
Ensure studio cleanliness and proper equipment setup/reset
Participate in studio events and community outreach efforts
Continuously grow through ongoing education and training
