About The Position

The Compounder is responsible for blending chemicals to create flavor products using automated and semi-automated pumps, tanks, filters, scales, and computer systems. Ensure precise and safe filling of containers, material scanning, and inventory checks. The role requires adherence to quality standards and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

High School diploma or prior experience in a manufacturing environment
1+ years chemical manufacturing experience
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
1+ year experience with in-process quality testing
Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens
Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Compound chemicals to create flavor products by operating automated and semi-automated pumps, filters, scales and computer systems.
Accurately measure and pour materials ranging from 5 grams to 50 kilogram, maintaining strict adherence to specified proportions. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to prevent production errors and ensure product quality.
Retrieve and transport materials across multiple designated locations on the production floor. Maintain spatial awareness and agility to support a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
Complete over 80 pours per shift while balancing speed and precision. Apply strong time management skills to meet production targets without compromising quality.
Precisely and safely filling raw materials into vessel, ensuring no underfilling or overfilling and reporting any deviations.
Scan all components, including partials, for final batch.
