About The Position

The Compounder ensures the accurate production and documentation of liquid compounds in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. The role weighs and mixes raw materials using written instructions, maintains a clean and safe workspace, and helps ensure the quality of finished products. Duties may vary slightly by location.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of experience in compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Precisely weigh and mix raw materials according to formula specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet product specifications.
• Set up and calibrate equipment for accurate production runs.
• Conduct quality control tests to ensure product integrity.
• Record production data for batch records and compliance reporting.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform standard cleaning procedures according to work instructions.
• Assist with training and support for new compounders.
