About The Position

Multimatic Advanced Manufacturing Technologies is seeking a motivated, hands-on Composites Technician to build advanced composite components for supercars, hypercars, and motorsport programs. This role offers the opportunity to learn world-class composite part building techniques and gain experience with advanced materials and technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, and structural bonding. All necessary training is provided in-house, fostering a career path with continuous growth and exposure to cutting-edge skills in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• With training, you are comfortable using sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors, knives and other power tools
• You have a willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions
• You are motivated by problem-solving and using hands-on skills
• You have a willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives
• You have the basics around a computer to enter your timesheet
• You are team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused
• You are passionate about building cool things — especially motorsport-related components

Responsibilities

• Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave
• Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure Composite Materials
• Getting hands-on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures
• Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications
• Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals
• Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns
• Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations
• Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized
• Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO-based processes
