About The Position

The Composite Technician is responsible for manufacturing and/or repairing composite airfoil assemblies in accordance with specifications. Under direct supervision, Level One technicians perform composite tasks including preparing molds with resin, cutting material, operating press equipment, and conducting in-process inspections. This position offers a weekday night differential of $2.00 per hour. Starting pay is $18.25.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Basic router interpretation.
• Basic print reading.
• Ability to use common hand tools.
• Ability to use basic inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and/or repair composite airfoil assemblies in accordance with specifications.
• Prepare molds with resin.
