About The Position

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and apply fiberglass and resin using hand layup or vacuum infusion techniques.
• Measure, cut, and place fiberglass cloth and core materials accurately.
• Use rollers, brushes, and other tools to distribute resin evenly and remove air.
• Monitor curing times and perform post-cure trimming or grinding.
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared work area.
• Communicate material needs or issues to the team or supervisor.
