About The Position

Responsible for Composite repairs, modifications and installation activities. Ensures that Composites and system installation activities are timely and completed in accordance with established quality standards and procedures. Ensure that safety regulations are closely adhered to. Completes related documentation as required.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • 3 years of Composites experience
  • 1 year or more of experience interpreting drawings and blueprints to accomplish a specific task
  • 1 year or more of working directly off of SRM, AMM, or IPC
  • Strong understanding of aircraft composites system installation functions, procedures, and standards
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to access all areas of the aircraft
  • Quality orientation
  • Able to organize multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to use all related composite installation equipment and applications
  • Language (read, write, speak, and understand English)
  • Must provide own tools as indicated on company tool list
  • Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a post offer DOT drug test upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant or FAA Airframe certificate
  • Aviation composite repair experience
  • Additional related education and/or training

  • Assure work performed in accordance with all manuals, procedure, and data
