About The Position

The Compliance Tech performs sanitation pre-op and any FSQ functions as needed. This role involves maintaining and executing procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Department and program, collaborating with other departments to address compliance issues, and identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk through pre-op visual inspections. The Compliance Tech is responsible for reporting violations and working closely with Sanitation Supervisors for corrective and preventive actions. Maintaining familiarity with Operational, Sanitation, and FSQ procedures, as well as effective compliance communication to internal departments, are key aspects of this role. The position also includes aiding in any FSQ Functions as needed.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Possess good communication
• Computer skills including Microsoft outlook and excel
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP’S)
• Follow all plant and area safety rules and regulations
• Chemical training
• swab procedures

Responsibilities

• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk (pre-op visual Inspection).
• Reporting of violations or potential violations to authorized personnel.
• Works closely with Sanitation Supervisors for corrective and preventive actions on findings.
• Maintains familiarity with Operational, Sanitation and FSQ procedures.
• Maintains effective compliance communication to internal departments.
• Aid in any FSQ Functions as needed.
