About The Position

Compliance Systems Analysts are primarily responsible for the ongoing maintenance and end-user support of compliance systems and applications. They also design and build out additional functionality to assist the compliance team in process automation, auditing, monitoring, reporting, and overall process improvement efforts. The role requires an in-depth/SME-level knowledge of the functionalities and capabilities of current compliance systems, as well as the underlying workflows and processes. Current compliance systems/applications include SAI Global’s Compliance360, Tech Software IRB Manager, Streamline Verify, and Maxient. This position serves end-users throughout the Southeast Health system and directly supports the Corporate Compliance Officer and Assistant Compliance Officer on projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of workflow driven software applications.
  • Familiarity with business workflows in compliance, human resources, finance, accounting, and/or clinical areas.
  • Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality with access to extremely sensitive, private and confidential materials (zero tolerance for breaches).

Nice To Haves

  • Two to four years of relative business analyst experience, preferably within a large healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workflow design, process improvement, and project management.
  • Experience using SAI Global Compliance360, Tech Software IRB Manager, Streamline Verify, and Maxient.
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or another related field.

Responsibilities

  • Obtaining and maintaining an in-depth/SME-level knowledge of the functionalities and capabilities of current compliance systems as well as the underlying workflows and processes.
  • Serving end-users of compliance products throughout the Southeast Health system.
  • Directly supporting the Corporate Compliance Officer and Assistant Compliance Officer on projects.
