Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. This position will strengthen compliance and operational risk management efforts by ensuring adherence to contractual, regulatory, and company standards. This position will also liaise between internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, conducting compliance evaluations, and driving resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Understanding of industry terminology, as well as contractual compliance and audits.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting contracts and compliance-related documents.
• Typically requires at least 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor qualification, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits to ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate company liability and strengthen operational controls.
• Manage and support resolution of compliance disputes, ensuring timely and appropriate outcomes.
• Communicate compliance findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver guidance and training to internal teams regarding compliance management practices and contract adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support compliance monitoring and audit readiness.

• Full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $67,200 - $100,800.
