About The Position
Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their Texas Quality Management Center team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong eye for detail, who enjoy working with documentation and data, and are motivated by accuracy, timeliness, and supporting quality outcomes for children and families. The position is full-time and onsite, with flexible scheduling and remote work options available. The average hourly rate is $22.89.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in Texas child welfare strongly preferred
- Strong ability to manage time-sensitive documentation workflows
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable reviewing technical, legal, and regulatory documents
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee placement documentation compliance, including Attachment A, Placement Summaries, Child Bill of Rights, and 2085 series documents
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, properly signed, and uploaded within required DFPS timeframes
- Monitor data integrity within internal and external systems and address discrepancies
- Lead internal quality monitoring efforts and coordinate follow-up and remediation across departments
- Track deadlines, complete required reports, and support continuous compliance improvement
