JOB SUMMARY BKV Corporation is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Power Business Unit’s Environmental and Power Regulatory Compliance Program . Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Manager under EHSR within the Center of Excellence , the role partners with the Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and regional regulatory requirements governing power generation construction and operations. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for tracking regulatory changes, compiling and validating compliance data, preparing and submitting required reports, maintaining auditable documentation, and supporting regulatory inspections and audits. This position plays a critical role in sustaining a culture of compliance, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across the fleet. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements within a complex operating environment. This role requires the ability to clearly explain compliance obligations, policies, and practices to cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Commercial, and external regulators.
