About The Position

The Behavioral Health Compliance Specialist supports quality improvement and compliance activities within Behavioral Health programs. In partnership with program leadership, the position helps develop and track action plans and monitors implementation of performance improvement initiatives, promoting data integrity, consistent documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years' relevant experience required.
  • Familiarity with accreditation requirements as applicable (i.e. ASAM, DMHA, CARF, DCS, HUD, NARR, ODBH).
  • A valid Driver's License and proof of individual automobile insurance is required in addition to a driving record that is in compliance with Volunteers of America.
