About The Position

Blackstone’s Compliance Risk Management (CRM) team sits centrally within Compliance and is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory risk across the firm. In coordination with business-line Chief Compliance Officers and other central compliance functions, CRM monitors the effectiveness of policies and procedures for Blackstone’s regulated entities globally and supports compliance with regulatory obligations and the firm’s ethical standards. The successful candidate will lead CRM Program Strategy & Governance in collaboration with the global head and the broader four-person team. In partnership with the Head of CRM, the role will set and execute the team’s strategic direction, formalize its target operating model, uplift program frameworks and methodologies, and integrate CRM with broader firmwide efforts, including risk and control taxonomies, risk assessments, and technology platform implementation.
