The Compliance Program Lead is responsible for leading and managing key components of the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program, ensuring the organization maintains an effective, proactive, and scalable compliance infrastructure. This role develops, implements, and continuously improves compliance processes, standards, controls, and monitoring activities that support governance, investigations, education, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. The Compliance Program Lead serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with the Director, Corporate Compliance and Privacy to strengthen organizational accountability, drive program effectiveness, and foster a culture of ethics and compliance. The role exercises significant independent judgment in evaluating compliance concerns, leading cross-functional initiatives, managing investigations, and providing compliance guidance across the organization.
