About The Position

In your role as Compliance Officer in the Global Life Science, Electronics & Enabling Functions team, you will serve as a trusted business counsellor across the Company’s Life Science and Electronics sectors and Enabling Functions — both at the global level and locally in the U.S. You will apply and continuously improve all elements of our Compliance Management System, including risk assessment, policies & procedures, training & awareness, compliance committees & forums, third-party due diligence, monitoring & reporting, and case management. Partnering closely with stakeholders at all levels across functions and key markets, you will translate complex anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC), Healthcare Interactions laws, anti-money laundering (AML), and business ethics requirements into practical guidance and effective prevention and detection — in line with our culture where ethical conduct and business success go hand in hand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum 5 years of professional compliance experience with a focus on ABAC, gained in a multinational company or law firm OR Juris Doctor (J.D.) with Minimum 3 years of professional compliance experience with a focus on ABAC, gained in a multinational company or law firm
  • Solid working knowledge of U.S. and international anti-corruption laws and conventions, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, as well as AML and business ethics frameworks
  • Proven ability to proactively implement and manage compliance programs end-to-end
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration and other relevant accreditations or degrees
  • In-house compliance experience in life science, electronics/semi-conductor, or other regulated and technology-driven industries (e.g., medical device, aerospace & defense, bio-pharmaceuticals)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse, matrixed organizations and advise senior management across functions and regions, with a strong business acumen and pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CFE) and/or proficiency in data-driven risk management and compliance technology, with an interest in building AI-powered solutions and automation to drive compliance innovation
