As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring Strategic Security Corp. maintains full regulatory compliance across all operational areas including employee licensing, subcontractor qualifications, company registrations, equipment accountability, and regulatory agency requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills to manage compliance processes that support SSC’s operations nationwide. The Compliance Lead works closely with internal leadership, regulatory agencies, vendors, and field management to ensure all licensing, insurance, and training requirements remain current and in good standing. Primary responsibilities include managing state licensing records, conducting compliance audits, overseeing firearms and equipment documentation, coordinating regulatory filings, and maintaining secure administrative records. The Compliance Lead also supervises compliance staff and assists with internal training and regulatory reporting processes.
