About The Position
This role involves reviewing and analyzing consumer complaints against state statutes, gathering information from complainants, communicating case outcomes, and documenting case activities. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for closing cases in specific systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- 3+ years of professional customer service/public-facing experience.
- 1+ year of complaint analysis or investigative experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret Florida state statutes.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Versa and OnBase is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze consumer complaints against applicable state statutes.
- Contact complainants to gather information and provide case updates.
- Communicate case outcomes, referrals, and resources to the public.
- Document case activities and close cases in Versa and OnBase systems.
