About The Position
The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is seeking a Compliance Officer for the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares & Mobile Homes. This role involves reviewing constituent complaints, analyzing them against Florida statutes, communicating with the public, preparing written correspondence, and updating case management systems.
Requirements

- Ability to meet project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Review constituent/complainant complaints and discuss case details.
- Analyze complaints against Florida statutes and determine Division jurisdiction.
- Communicate professionally with the public and provide guidance/resources.
- Prepare approved written correspondence and close cases.
- Update case activities, codes, and statutes in Versa and document actions in OnBase.
