The Compliance Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure the casino adheres to all federal, state, and tribal gaming laws and regulations, including the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). This involves monitoring operations, conducting audits, interpreting regulations, and implementing corrective actions as needed. The role also includes overseeing record retention and reporting, maintaining expertise in gaming violations and regulations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance across the casino. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position will directly report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
