Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated financial services compliance.
Working knowledge of BSA/AML, Regulation Z, UDAAP, and compliance testing/monitoring.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
Readiness to roll up sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results in a lean team environment with high ownership expectations.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in Salesforce, JIRA, SEON, or compliance automation tools.

Responsibilities

Craft and execute innovative strategies to execute quarterly compliance testing.
Conduct QC reviews of controls and document findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with compliance reviews for new product launches, feature releases, and marketing campaigns across all product lines (Engine X, Direct Bill, Travel, and Rewards).
Lead the day-to-day governance of Engine's Compliance Management System (CMS), including BSA/AML oversight, regulatory change tracking, and policy maintenance.
Systematically quality-check automated outputs, manage complaint trend reporting, and ensure strict compliance with banking partner and regulatory standards.
