Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 5 years in progressively responsible corporate compliance roles within the healthcare industry. Experience may include case management, care coordination or other healthcare roles that require knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- CHC - Certified Healthcare Compliance Upon Hire or Healthcare Compliance Officer (CPCO)-AAPC Upon Hire
Nice To Haves
- Post-graduate degree in health policy or healthcare compliance
Responsibilities
- Serve as an extension of the Corporate Compliance program at assigned facilities; providing guidance and education to support the facilities' day to day operations.
- Serve as a trusted resource to hospital leaders and staff at assigned facilities.
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of Corporate Compliance policies.
- Supervise, participate and assist with compliance investigations.
- Participate in the provision of compliance and privacy education.
- Complete assignments per the annual Compliance Work Plan.
