Global Ethics and Compliance (GEC), part of Raytheon’s Legal, Contracts and Compliance (LCC) organization, is excited to announce that we are hiring a Compliance Manager, supporting Anti-corruption Compliance. If you are ready to apply your education and experience to a growing and challenging compliance area, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for. The Compliance Manager will join a team of anticorruption professionals who design, manage, and implement a world-class anticorruption program. The Compliance Manager will focus on the continual improvement and execution of Raytheon's antibribery and anticorruption compliance program using leading practices, tools and processes. The Compliance Manager will support global business operations, including coordination and active engagement with business development, global contracts, international supply chain and program management. The Compliance Manager will also coordinate with key stakeholders within Raytheon Legal, RTX business units, external business partners and third parties.
