Requirements

  • Experience using Apple/MAC devices, iOS operating system, and Google suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and driving history that allows insurability.
  • A willingness and ability to work outdoors in all reasonable weather conditions.
  • A willingness and ability to travel and be away from home.
  • Determination to uphold integrity at all times.
  • No previous experience is required to be a Compliance Inspector.
  • Company vehicle, iPad tablet, tools, and reimbursement for business expenses are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a company-provided route, requiring extensive driving.
  • Conduct visual inspections of clients’ petroleum storage tank systems and related facilities – this is an outdoor role, performed in all reasonable weather conditions.
  • Review required documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop expertise in state Underground Storage Tank (UST) and Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) regulations, adhering to Federal EPA guidelines.
  • Collect and organize data using our designated software platforms.
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service.
  • Address service and assistance requests.
  • Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Report any potentially unsafe conditions.
  • Operate equipment and utilize materials safely and effectively.
