About The Position

The Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction within Community Association relationships. This role involves inspecting properties for homeowner compliance issues, accurately recording findings, and includes general administrative duties. It is a part-time position, 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and forms
• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
• Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements
• Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
• Professional customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Time management and time-critical prioritization skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to provide proof of a valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly/monthly inspections by driving throughout property identifying non-compliant matters on homeowner lots
• Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing and electronically
• Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues
• Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries
• Possibly attend monthly executive session meetings with the community manager
• Complete owner letters
• Other duties as assigned
