About The Position

The Compliance Inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining the beauty, integrity, and compliance of the neighborhoods served by Community Association Management. This role is field-based and includes a minimum of 4 hours per day spent in a company-provided vehicle conducting inspections. The primary responsibility is to ensure communities stay true to their standards by regularly inspecting residential communities to ensure alignment with governing documents and standards, identifying potential violations, communicating with Community Managers, and maintaining accurate, actionable records to support community compliance efforts.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and interacting at all organizational levels.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or higher preferred
Experience in compliance, quality control, or property-related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of homes, lots, and community common areas.
Identify, document, and report violations in accordance with governing documents.
Issue violation letters and monitor resolution through re-inspections.
Maintain accurate documentation, including photo evidence and notes.
Communicate effectively with Community Managers about inspections and findings.
Follow pre-established drive routes for inspection schedules.
Submit weekly and monthly reports on inspection outcomes.
Use and maintain company-issued technology and equipment.
Ensure company vehicle is properly maintained and mileage is tracked.
Submit monthly expense reports related to inspection activities.
